The AGROFERT Central Purchasing Department (hereinafter also referred to as “CPD”) covers the needs of the AGROFERT Group, in particular synergy effects in the area of purchasing selected goods and services, primarily through so-called master contracts concluded with selected and approved suppliers.

An integral role of the Central Purchasing Department is also the methodical management of individual Group companies in the area of purchasing, including the resulting control activities and the administration of the PROMITEA purchasing portal, through which all tenders in the AGROFERT Group are implemented.

The PROMITEA purchasing portal covers the entire process of electronic tendering, electronic auctions and supplier portfolio management. Tenders are primarily announced as public and open, which allows all qualified candidates to participate in any tender, either for the entire AGROFERT Group or for individual AGROFERT Group companies. Annually, more than 1,200 tenders with a volume of orders worth more than CZK 5.5 billion are executed through the PROMITEA purchasing portal.

The Central Purchasing Department also cooperates with individual AGROFERT companies in the preparation and implementation of strategic tenders and projects, both in the area of investments and in the area of supply of goods and services.

CPD is thus an important business partner for hundreds of companies, mainly from the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but also from other European countries.

PROMITEA shopping portal

Companies that wish to participate in tenders announced by AGROFERT Central Purchasing Department or by individual AGROFERT companies in the PROMITEA purchasing portal can register at any time here.

Within the registration, the interested party first selects the type of registration (local/group) and then chooses in which areas (categories) it wants to be invited to participate in the tender (by e-mail notification if the tender is announced in the selected area/category).

Types of registrations:

Local registration: the supplier is registered for participation in the tender for only one specific company of the AGROFERT Group. The Supplier may not participate in tenders issued by AGROFERT Group companies other than the one for which it is registered. 
Charge: FREE OF CHARGE

Group registration: the supplier is registered for participation in tenders for all AGROFERT Group companies. There is a charge for group registration. 
Charge: CZK 5,000 without VAT / EUR 200 per calendar year

Standard support of the PROMITEA shopping portal is available on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
